Sound of Belfast Fest: Sustain Your Sound: Sound Body Workshop

Join us for a one-hour interactive workshop designed to help musicians, songwriters, and creative industry professionals stay healthy, resilient, and performing at their best. Led by Shauna Tohill—a qualified MSK physiotherapist and internationally touring musician—this session blends medical expertise with real-life experience of life on (and off) the road.

Through practical demos, gentle movement, and group discussion, you’ll learn how to:

  • Prevent common injuries and manage niggles

  • Improve posture and setup whether you’re on stage, in the studio, or at a desk

  • Build recovery strategies for touring and performance life

  • Use breathwork and movement tools to reduce stress and boost energy

  • Understand the role of hydration, nutrition, and pacing in sustaining your creativity

Participants will leave with simple, evidence-based tools to support their physical and emotional wellbeing. Places are limited—register your interest to secure a spot!
