As Geddy and Alex announce their return to the live stage with North American shows set for 2026, we will be marking the anniversaries of their most significant album releases.
2112 was the unexpected breakthrough album that bought the band their creative freedom - a fiery, powerhouse of an album that features a 20-minute suite chronicling the story of one man raging against the system in the not-so-distant future.
Moving Pictures saw the band evolve into a mainstay on FM radio and become a huge draw on the concert circuit. With songs that were more compact and a sound that blended Hard Rock with New Wave, Reggae, and Pop sensibilities, the band soared to its commercial peak off the back of such standards as "Tom Sawyer," "Limelight," and "YYZ."
As a celebration of these landmark albums, we will be performing them in full. Alongside other fan favourites to bring you 'An Evening with Rushified'.
