The Outlet Building, Belfast

The Outlet Building is a former bonded whiskey warehouse. It measures 14,500 sq. ft over three floors with a flat roof and enclosed car parking space. The building is the former home of the Outlet recording and distribution company with the shell of their recording studio still intact on the middle floor.
